  1. I hate people like this. We had one lady who came into our store on a regular basis and all she did was refer other customers to our competitors and complain that we didn’t run our store in a similar way. Finally the assistant manager told her if she liked the other stores so much she should shop there. Made me and everyone else super happy.

    • This is where the “Refunds without receipt will be given as merchandise cards at the lowest price sold in the past 90 days” policy comes in handy.

  2. So typical! Expects others to obey the rules when it suits her, but it’s ok to break the rules because it suits her! Customers like her is why working in Retail is such a pain!

  3. Actually, I’m not sure a “line” is actually a LAW or RULE… just more of a social convention that we choose to honor.

  4. I’ve tried telling off folk who cut lines at my work – it just causes more hassle than it’s worth. The lack of manners within the general public is nothing short of disgusting.

  5. When a customer cuts in front of another I usually say something becuase it gets me super angry. However if I can handle the cutting customers needs in under twenty seconds I might just live with it if it clears the line faster.

  6. we stopped some kids cutting the line in one of the roller coasters of Parc d’Asterix yesterday. Lines up to an hour and a half you def don’t want to see ppl cutting it (longest wait yesterday was about 40 minutes. Worth it though).
