I seriously hope she stays on board. Her positivity is a huge blessing to the strip. And now that she found Creepy Guy’s weakness… maybe he’ll be gone for good!
Seriously I don’t get guys like that… nomads that go wherever attractive women are just to hit on them. That’s not going to get you a girlfriend, mister.
Don’t think he’d know what to do with a girl if one was crazy enough to go out with him. Wait, did I just say she’d have to be crazy? Hmm… maybe creepy guy would get creeped out by the crazy girl!
Yeah, I can totally see that. That would easily be a more awkward dinner than Cooper meeting Val’s dad… and even more hilarious when Creepy Guy hits on the waitress, who gets a waiter to come to their table.
As for other ships, uhhh… Amber+Craig is the only one we’ve had any hint toward that -isn’t- canon…
Oh wait! Courtney+Grumbel’s CEO! How could I forget that one?
I was actually wondering about him not too long ago. Glad to see Lana doing a great job at excellent customer service, proving that it is an excellent deterrent to unwanted customers. That’s what we say at my store, at least.
YAY Creepy guy defeated…for now. Lana is a fun character and I hope to see more of her. Nice to see Val after a bit too. Guys like that are nothing but degrading, hopeless, smudges of space that have nothing better to do but to ruin a girl’s day with their dreams of scoring. They make me sick.
Yeah someone like that comes into a store or restaurant knowing the staff has to be polite to him, they can’t tell him what they really think of him so he has an advantage. Where I used to work we had to put up with all sorts of garbage from guys like that and it did no good to complain to the management, since they were customers they could say what they pleased.
Makes me wish we had a store credit card. We have a creeper that comes in everyday! Even told us he wakes up excited to come to our store. Buys the same thing every day. Could buy more of them and not come everyday but then he wouldn’t be able to STARE at all the female employees.
Whooo! Finally, a way to get rid of him! That’s always a plus!
Lana for the WIN!

Creepy guy+Crazy Hat Lady!
YES.
Character shipping, in a comic strip? OOOH!

I think Creepy Guy just got creeped out. Ironic.

Creepy Guy looks suspiciously like the dad of a favorite little boy… (<3 Gil)
naw, it ain’t him, the noses are different.
Lana scored a bunch of brownie points for me, I hope they keep her.
I guess Creepy Guy is afraid of commitment. How droll.

Anyway enjoyed the comic.

LOL. Nothing like the store high-interest credit card to scare off any customer.
I don’t think we’ll be seeing him for quite awhile now….
Hurray for the power of perkiness!
I like Val’s gleeful grin.
…and I thought credit card application forms were only good for making paper airplanes.
