  1. That was always my least favorite customer when I worked the grocery store. When I’d get a customer like that I wouldn’t bother asking for their store discount card or coupons. Instead I’d just put in the store number (they’d still get a discount so I wasn’t completely heartless).

    • There are places an employee could get fired for that. If the customer can’t be bothered to respond to you, (I’ve had customers on cell phones respond to me when I handled their check out.) then the customer deserves to pay full price.
