  1. He must not brutalize shoes like I do then, mine get replaced yearly, but should be done every 8-10 months with how I use them.

    • Yeah, likewise. Admittedly most of my footwear the last few years has been either free PPE from work or cheapo boots for £20 or less, but even the occasional decent quality pair has been falling apart after a year or less.

  2. Patina. Love it. Ask the markdown team to keep an eye out for your size, and with your employee discount you can find a good deal. Customers walked past my purple high tops in the kids’ section for over a month, and they were mine fair and square.

  3. Listen to your woman, Cooper. If she thinks your shoes smell like 10-year-old limburger, then you should get new ones. This is an argument you cannot win.

  4. I’ve had the same shoes for…god I don’t even remember when I bought them. They’re probably four years old, if memory serves right. I also got some special insoles for them since the ones that came with the shoes were kind of crappy, and was told that the other insoles would outlast the shoes. Well the insoles are losing their cloth covers and the shoes themselves are doing fine.
